The weakening of conduction heat transfer by ceramic fiber aluminum foil blanket
The blanket covered with aluminum foil reduces the conduction and heat transfer obviously through the barrier of ceramic fiber blanket. The heat source heat must first pass through the fiber blanket, and the fiber blanket is interwoven with no direction. The conduction heat can only follow the direction of the fiber bar, so the heat conduction of the fiber is not completely perpendicular to the hot surface. This prolongs the heat transfer way and weakens the conduction of the heat; in addition, the porosity rate of the ceramic fiber blanket is 93%, and the contact of the fiber contact and the point contact and the air hole are 80%. The rate further weakens the conduction of heat and increases the heat resistance of conduction heat transfer; the heat is very weak through the conduction of the aluminum foil blanket, and the structure obviously weakens the conduction heat dissipation.
