After spraying the high temperature fiber coating on the surface of the fiber products, at room temperature, the colloid gradually condenses into the colloid particles of a number of molecules due to the evaporation of free water in the coating, and then becomes a number of cemented fine line structures, firmly adsorbed on the surface of the fibers and particles, so that the surface will be cemented. When the heating is started, the residual free moisture in the coating continues to evaporate, and the crystallization water begins to precipitate, resulting in the further condensation of the colloid and further hardening of the coating. With the increase of temperature, the strength of the surface coating is further strengthened, and in the lower temperature range, the high temperature oxide in the coating is combined with the substance in the amorphous glass phase, and gradually ceramic.
