耐火纤维的生产方法主要有熔融法和胶体法。生产ZrO2纤维除胶体法外,也可采用先驱体法。

熔融法

玻璃态耐火纤维都采用熔融法生产。熔融法又可分为熔融喷吹法、熔融甩丝法、熔融高速离心法。

The glass fiber refractory fibers are all produced by melting method. The melting method can be divided into melt blowing, melting and shredding and melting high speed centrifugation.


熔融喷吹法是将原料在高温炉内熔化成熔体,使其形成稳定的流股,用压缩空气或蒸汽喷吹,使熔体形成纤维。熔融甩丝法是将原料在高温炉内熔化成熔体,使其形成稳定的流股,让熔体流股落到一组高速旋转的滚筒上,靠滚筒的离心力使熔体甩成纤维。熔融高速离心法是将原料在高温炉内熔化成熔体,使其形成稳定的流股,让熔体流股落到高速旋转的圆盘上,圆盘转速可达到30000~120000r/min,利用转盘的动能和离心力,将熔体甩成纤维。
