Ceramic fiber is a kind of fibrous lightweight refractory, with light weight, high temperature resistance, good thermal stability, low thermal conductivity, low heat and mechanical shock resistance and other advantages, so it is widely used in machinery, metallurgy, chemical, oil, ceramics, glass, electronics and other industries. Spun fiber production technology has been accepted by most of the big industry production with the customer, so almost all new ceramic fiber production lines in China in nearly five years adapts blown fiber process method. According to the relevant market statistics and analysis in recent five years, almost all of China's domestic major steel and petrochemical projects, especially the project need a lot of
ceramic fiber module, use blown fiber ceramic fiber blanket and module. It is not hard to see, the vast majority of customers trust and chose spun fiber production technology.
 
Blown fiber blanket has its unique application, and if you need to break it and make it into secondary processed products (such as: the production of vacuum forming products, etc.), blown fiber will be more easily with other raw material mix, so it is more popular. Therefore, both of blown fiber and spun fiber technology have their strengths and customer should consider its strengths and avoid its weaknesses according to the practical application in order to achieve the best effect. Of course, spun fiber applicable occasions are far more than the blown fiber.
