● The metal anchors not shielded from the furnace tube are covered with ceramic fiber top cover or can be protected by plastic ceramic fiber filled ceramic cups.

●  When the flue gas velocity exceeds 12.2 m/s, the ceramic fiber blanket should not be used as the hot surface. When the flue gas flow rate exceeds 12.2 m/s, wet felt, ceramic felt or ceramic fiber modules should be used, but the maximum flow velocity of smoke is 24.4 m/s. When the flue gas velocity exceeds 24.4 m/s, castable or outer lining is required.

●  The longest Bian Yingshun of ceramic fiber blanket is installed in the direction of airflow. When the hot surface is made of ceramic fiber blanket, all joints should be connected with the tower. The tower interface should be in the same direction of air flow. All the joints should be sealed butt joint when the hot surface is made of ceramic felt.
