●  In addition to the chimney, air duct and furnace bottom, all other areas of the heating furnace can be made of layer ceramic fiber blanket or ceramic fiber module structure.

● The hot blanket for laying ceramic fiber should be needle material with a thickness of at least 25 mm and a volume density of 128 kg/m3. When the hot surface is made of ceramic felt, the thickness should be at least 38 mm and volume density 240 kg/m3. Ceramic fiber blanket with backing should be at least 96 kg/m3 in volume density. The specifications for the hot surface layer of ceramic fiber felt: when the heat surface temperature is below 1093 C, the maximum is 610 mm x 610 mm, and the maximum temperature is above 1093 C, and the maximum is 460 mm x 460 mm.

● The use temperature of any layer of ceramic fiber should be at least 260 degrees above the calculated hot surface temperature.
