Both wet ceramic fiber cotton and long ceramic fiber cotton are used to produce fiber board. Cotton shall be processed by crushing, slag-removing, smashing, liquidizing, cleaning and washing to meet production process requirement. Mash fiber is not allowed in the fiber liquid pool.
While mixing of liquid fiber, required adhesive, fittings and additives are added into the pool according to the control program. The mixed liquid fiber is conveyed to the tank for board forming machine.
Liquid cotton will absorb on the forming machine by vacuum negative pressure and the blank board will be shaped. The blank board after water removing will be transferred to press and polishing machine, and further to drying furnace.
Drying furnace is equipped by microwave multi-drying system to make board dried and shaped, which is the biggest microwave capacity in China to produce ceramic board. After drying and shaping, the board will be transferred to cutting machine for cut-to-length products. Followed by quality control, inspection and packing, the final products will be loaded into warehouse for delivery.
